This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +1 more country.
• Spearhead and propel the growth of the Pool Solutions business unit throughout Southwest France and Northwest Spain.
• Formulate and execute territory sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
• Discover new business prospects through networking, prospecting, and market analysis.
• Oversee the complete sales process from generating leads to closing deals.
• Monitor competitor actions and adapt sales tactics accordingly.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with customers, distributors, and specialized pool dealers.
• Coordinate joint visits with key distributor sales teams in alignment with company KPIs.
• Negotiate with retail chain Store Managers to maintain product listings and secure placements.
• Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry gatherings, and client meetings.
• Ensure optimal in-store product display and manage stock/display positioning using manual transport equipment.
• Plan routes and schedules to maximize territory coverage while minimizing travel expenses.
• Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance updates.
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain customer records and monitor interactions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and Operations & Supply teams.
• Implement annual Trade Responsible Care safety training and compliance within the sales territory.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or injuries to the appropriate EHS manager and Senior Sales Manager within 12 hours.
• At least 5 years of proven field sales experience managing extensive geographical territories.
• Previous experience in the swimming pool sector is highly regarded.
• Direct experience collaborating with distributors or specialized dealer channels is greatly valued.
• French: Native or fluent (required).
• English: Professional working proficiency/fluent (required).
• Spanish: Conversational to fluent (highly desirable).
• Must live within the specified region, preferably in Southwest France or Northwest Spain.
• Possession of a valid driving license and capability to operate a motor vehicle for extended durations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and walk considerable distances during trade shows and client visits.
• Capability to lift or carry up to 25 kg and operate manual transport equipment such as a pallet jack.
• Willingness to attend events outside of regular business hours, including early mornings and/or weekends.
