This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the designated territory.
• Promote the complete range of products.
• Oversee sales and marketing initiatives with assigned Integrated Delivery Networks and select dealers.
• Ensure that sales growth goals are met across all product lines.
• Adhere to corporate programs with regional and national distributors to guarantee end-user supply-chain coverage.
• Develop and nurture relationships with representatives and management from distribution and group purchasing organizations.
• Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons to meet regional business goals.
• Work closely with National Accounts, Marketing, and other departments to identify and tackle opportunities and challenges.
• Log daily sales activities in Salesforce.com.
• Maintain profiles and relevant documents for current and potential customers.
• Gather, analyze, and report competitive intelligence.
• Communicate new product, promotional, and product-extension ideas to management.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, monthly reports, expense reports, problem-solving reports, and other territory or industry reports.
• Complete educational modules and webinars at PDI University.
• Attend and engage in local strategic partner chapter meetings, including APIC, AVA, and EVS.
• Act as the main liaison and trusted advisor for key customers.
• Drive top-line sales growth and support infection-prevention outcomes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in both Acute Care and B2B-facing companies.
• Familiarity with fundamental sales techniques.
• Understanding of business development processes.
• Good knowledge of the acute care market is essential.
• Familiarity with Infection Prevention, Vascular Access, Environmental Services, and Surgical Suite applications is highly recommended.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
• Experience with Salesforce.com reporting or other CRM tools.
• Strong negotiation capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships effectively.
• Capacity to challenge conventional thinking.
• Ability to utilize personal protective equipment as required in healthcare environments.
