B2B Outside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Propel sales for Genius® and various Global Payments solutions targeting small to mid-sized enterprises in the restaurant, retail, and service sectors.

• Take ownership of and oversee a steady sales pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking efforts.

• Conduct consultative, value-driven presentations both in-person and virtually.

• Showcase how Genius® enables businesses to optimize payment processes, enhance operations, and foster customer loyalty.

• Partner with the District Manager to pinpoint opportunities, schedule appointments, and finalize short-cycle sales.

• Keep precise records of pipeline and activity in Atlas and Salesforce, which includes call notes, follow-ups, and client communications.

• Promote and upsell existing merchants on additional features, software enhancements, and hardware upgrades.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of experience in B2B or B2C Outside Sales.

• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in building relationships and selling in both face-to-face and virtual settings.

• High-energy, self-motivated, results-oriented, with a competitive drive and a collaborative mindset.

• Professional demeanor with the capability to engage business owners and quickly gain their trust.

• Willingness to spend 75% of the time in the field.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Must reside within a 2-hour radius of the job posting location.

• Experience in the restaurant or retail sectors is an advantage.

• Two years of B2B Outside Sales experience is a bonus.
