This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Achieve financial sales targets by nurturing and expanding relationships with Distributors, Dealers, and construction experts.
• Execute promotions, programs, and processes with assistance from inside sales and marketing teams.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual B2B sales, margin, and expense budgets.
• Enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Fiberon market share, dealer share, product positioning, and builder share.
• Secure and maintain crucial dealers and users.
• Streamline local distribution to increase market share.
• Propel builder and dealer engagement.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to create an annual business plan aimed at surpassing territory financial budgets.
• Host semi-annual Joint Business Planning Meetings with the Regional Manager and local distributors.
• Leverage the company CRM and adhere to the sales process.
• Present to both small and large groups using face-to-face and Go To Meeting platforms.
• Collect and relay information on competitive programs, promotions, and strategies to Sales and Marketing management.
• Follow and communicate company policies, procedures, and codes of business ethics.
• Possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in outside sales.
• Must reside within the core geography: Cincy OH, South Ohio, Kentucky, and South East Indiana.
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Enjoys public speaking and can effectively demonstrate products and company advantages to audiences of varying sizes.
• Preferred experience in decking or building materials, outside sales, and ability to work independently.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Experience in the building industry is preferred.
• Completion of a professional sales training program or possession of a certificate is preferred.
• CRM experience is preferred.
