This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee customer accounts in the assigned British Columbia region.
• Expand business sectors by assisting and educating rehabilitation clinicians and complex rehab suppliers on Ki Mobility, Convaid, R82, and STAR products, programs, and opportunities.
• Present, advocate, and sell products and services to meet territory sales objectives.
• Build, nurture, and sustain positive relationships with customers and businesses.
• Manage business travel expenses in accordance with the travel expense policy.
• Analyze territory and market potential utilizing Qlik, KIO, Asset Panda, and other company technologies for effective strategic territory planning.
• Collect market-needs data and provide ongoing feedback for product enhancements.
• Oversee key accounts and guarantee market penetration across product categories.
• Comprehend and convey product features, clinical advantages, pricing, and reimbursement criteria in comparison to competitive offerings.
• Keep precise records and monitor the movement of the territory sample fleet using Asset Panda.
• Develop sales strategies for product categories to meet or surpass sales targets.
• Collaborate across departments, particularly with marketing and customer service, to implement and support products.
• Organize and conduct weekly clinical in-services for customers and clinicians.
• Attend trade shows and assist with setting up exhibition stands.
• Provide data analysis and reporting on product categories as requested.
• Plan travel call patterns and appointment schedules for effective territory coverage.
• Regularly service customer locations throughout the territory with daily and overnight travel.
• Adhere to company safety, quality, ethical, confidentiality, and other standards.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A degree in a clinical field (OT, PT, Kinesiology).
• 3-5 years of experience in the complex rehab industry.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Intermediate proficiency with computer applications.
• ATP certification is preferred.
• Clinical or sales experience or ATP certification is highly preferred.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Strong business acumen, including an understanding of market potential, profit margins, and contract development and negotiation.
• Ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent presentation, listening, analytical, written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to lift, handle, load, and unload products, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends.
• Must be able to fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
