This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the designated Western Region territory.
• Cultivate and manage essential customer relationships to drive sales expansion.
• Collaborate with commercial clients and OEM dealer sales teams.
• Advocate for products and uncover new business prospects.
• Build and sustain relationships with both new and existing customers through company visits and outreach calls.
• Propel end-user sales via the dealer-direct network.
• Deliver product presentations to enhance and sustain sales performance.
• Train dealer sales personnel on products, demonstrations, and outreach strategies.
• Prepare estimates and create customer sales programs as necessary.
• Support customer service efforts, follow up on complaints, troubleshoot issues, provide product literature, and manage price adjustments.
• Complete dealer call reports and conduct sales forecasting.
• Maintain records of competitor activities.
• Demonstrate products and participate in trade shows.
• Travel frequently within the assigned territory and attend company events.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience; experience in the vocational truck sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with the truck equipment industry is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel 75–80% of the time.
• Capability to train dealers and customers effectively.
• Technical knowledge in hydraulics, steel, report generation, and calculations is preferred.
• A Commercial Driver’s License is desirable.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive long distances and occasionally travel overnight.
• Competence in operating a motor vehicle.
• Proficient in using computers, tablets, smartphones, and standard office equipment.
• Capacity to lift and transport sales materials, product samples, displays, and marketing materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Strong communication skills in person, via phone, and through virtual meeting platforms.
• Ability to work in various environments, including customer facilities, manufacturing sites, warehouses, and office settings.
