This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership and expand an established territory in the San Antonio area.
• Conduct visits to 10–20 accounts daily within the designated territory.
• Maintain and enhance existing referral relationships.
• Develop new business opportunities and broaden the territory.
• Identify referral sources with high potential and formulate strategies for market growth.
• Utilize targeting and territory tools to focus on high-impact activities.
• Spend the majority of the workweek in the field engaging with referral sources and their teams.
• Initiate and nurture new relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Organize lunch-and-learns and educational discussions with providers and their staff.
• Inform referral partners about Aeroflow’s services and patient/practice support.
• Build credibility with various personalities and audiences.
• Grow accounts and seek new referral opportunities.
• Respond to provider inquiries via calls, emails, and texts; address questions and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with internal Aeroflow partners to ensure referral-source satisfaction and patient success.
• Manage a dynamic field schedule while balancing field activities, relationship development, follow-up, and administrative tasks.
• Employ mobile technology and business applications throughout the day.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer service, or other relevant client-facing roles.
• Experience being accountable for measurable goals, quotas, activity expectations, or other performance targets.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Confidence in initiating conversations and forming new relationships.
• Capability to independently manage time, schedule, and territory.
• Comfort in utilizing Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, mobile applications, and similar platforms.
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel daily throughout the assigned territory.
• Ability to lift and carry over 20 pounds as necessary.
• Proficiency in English and effective communication skills.
• Occasional availability for overnight travel, up to approximately 10% of the time.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including walking between vehicle and offices and navigating stairs as needed.
• Knowledge of and adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
• Compliance with HIPAA/patient confidentiality standards.
• Previous experience in Sleep, healthcare, medical sales, or durable medical equipment (DME) is advantageous.
• Experience working independently in an outside-sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in expanding an existing territory while also developing new business is a plus.
• Experience in building relationships with healthcare practices or professional referral sources is a plus.
