This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee customer accounts within the assigned San Francisco region.
• Present, promote, and sell products and services to meet sales objectives for the territory.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with customers.
• Manage business expenses in accordance with travel policy guidelines.
• Evaluate territory and market potential utilizing Qlik, KIO, Asset Panda, and other company technologies.
• Supply information on market needs and contribute insights for product enhancements.
• Handle key accounts and drive market penetration for product segments.
• Articulate product features, clinical advantages, pricing, and reimbursement criteria.
• Keep precise records and track the movement of the territory sample fleet in Asset Panda.
• Develop sales strategies for product categories to meet or exceed established targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments on both new and existing products.
• Schedule and conduct weekly clinical in-services for customers and clinicians.
• Participate in trade shows and assist with the setup of exhibition stands.
• Provide data analysis and reporting as needed.
• Organize travel schedules and appointment calendars for effective territory coverage.
• Travel daily and overnight within the assigned territory, including 2–3 or more overnight stays per week depending on the size of the territory.
• Adhere to safety, quality, company standards, and values.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
• Degree in a clinical discipline (OT, PT, Kinesiology).
• 3-5 years of experience in the complex rehabilitation sector.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Intermediate proficiency with computer applications.
• Strong business acumen, including knowledge of market potential, profit margins, contract development, and negotiation.
• Excellent presentation, analytical, written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Physical ability to lift, handle, load, and unload products, including wheelchairs.
• Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and enterprise software.
• Basic proficiency in mathematics.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• ATP certification is preferred.
• Clinical or sales experience or ATP certification is strongly preferred.
• Must be capable of fulfilling all physical demands of the role.
