Territory Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Propel revenue growth by identifying and securing new clients.

• Cultivate relationships with current customers.

• Recognize sales prospects and perform market analysis.

• Showcase products and services through demonstrations and persuasive sales pitches.

• Negotiate sales conditions, pricing structures, and contracts.

• Finalize sales and achieve or surpass targets and quotas.

• Deliver customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues.

• Maintain precise sales and customer data within CRM software.

• Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to fulfill customer requirements.

• Enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and interpersonal skills through training and self-improvement.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations.

• Represent the Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems product line.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• 3-6 years of sales experience, ideally within a similar industry or with comparable products or services (required).

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas (required).

• Exceptional persuasive interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused approach emphasizing outstanding customer service and long-term relationships.

• Ability to bounce back from rejection and setbacks.

• Strong organizational abilities for managing leads, follow-up activities, and sales meetings.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems.

• Capacity to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.

• Must reside in the State College / Central PA region.
