This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Take ownership of territory growth by identifying, qualifying, and establishing new dealer accounts.
• Meet or surpass sales targets through the acquisition of new accounts and the expansion of less penetrated dealers.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of dealer opportunities through effective closing strategies.
• Identify and prioritize A, B, and C accounts based on revenue potential, service costs, and success likelihood.
• Allocate time and frequency of calls based on targeted accounts.
• Stimulate demand through dealer and end-customer product demonstrations, training sessions, and ride-alongs.
• Provide guidance to dealers on product assortment and inventory levels.
• Promote dealer adoption of essential tools, cordless products, accessories, and consumables.
• Conduct in-store training sessions and demonstrations.
• Utilize trade shows, demo days, and local events to generate leads and secure business.
• Ensure accurate updates in CRM regarding pipeline, activities, and territory performance.
• Engage in sales meetings, product training events, and other company-required activities.
• Carry out additional duties that support the objectives of territory growth.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Previous territory sales experience is necessary; inside sales or other customer-facing roles may be considered.
• A strong desire to develop a field-sales career centered on territory growth and new business acquisition.
• Willingness and ability to learn new products, sales techniques, and processes and effectively apply them in the field.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by goals.
• Comfortable initiating face-to-face conversations with prospective customers.
• Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and goal-setting; capable of managing a territory independently.
• Ability to influence and persuade customers through effective communication, demonstrations, and presentations.
• Proficient in safely and effectively demonstrating power tools.
• Skilled in planning and executing customer events, including the loading and unloading of tools and materials.
• Capable of safely lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Able to operate a motor vehicle safely in accordance with company auto policy.
• Familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems, including Salesforce.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the brand with confidence and credibility.
• Strong active listening abilities.
• Clear and confident communication and presentation skills.
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and apply insights to prospecting and sales discussions.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced field environment.
• Proficient in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel overnight 5–10% on average.
