This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with dealers on joint sales meetings, customer tours, and market-oriented activities.
• Facilitate Dealer Quarterly Business Reviews with the involvement of the Regional Director when necessary.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue and sales objectives, including significant strategic ventures.
• Monitor and transition prospects to closed deals using Salesforce.
• Broaden opportunity scope during the design phase.
• Showcase and advocate DIRTT products and solutions to clients.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with customers, dealer leadership, and key sales clients.
• Conduct market analysis to keep abreast of industry trends and competitors.
• Spot new partnership opportunities.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of DIRTT products, processes, manufacturing capabilities, and product updates.
• Enhance brand visibility among architects, designers, general contractors, brokers, and industry organizations.
• Organize and lead events for end users and influencers in the construction sector.
• Take part in contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and terms agreements.
• Maintain precise records of sales activities, opportunities, customer interactions, and market trends in Salesforce.
• Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts during weekly pipeline meetings.
• Demonstrate DIRTT’s Design Editor software for sales and technical evaluations.
• Educate stakeholders about DIRTT’s value proposition and construction methodologies.
• Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to eliminate sales-process obstacles.
• Three to five years of experience in construction sales or construction management is required.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in the designated territory.
• Extensive network of relevant contacts, including end users, general contractors, the architecture and design community, commercial real estate professionals, brokers, tenant representatives, and other construction stakeholders.
• Demonstrated history of sales success within the construction sector.
• A degree or equivalent experience in construction management/technology, construction science, architecture, interior design, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Capability to interpret architectural and construction drawings, details, and specifications.
• Creativity to conceptualize interior space designs and persuade stakeholders collaboratively.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal relations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Successful completion of a background check, where permissible by law.
