This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Showcase the Dexcom product range and its associated digital ecosystem to optimize targeted sales.
• Assist in establishing Dexcom as the leading brand in continuous glucose monitoring.
• Take independent charge of a designated territory.
• Develop sales strategies, create sales plans, support customers and diabetes specialty stores, and acquire new clients.
• Meet and surpass territory sales and KPI objectives.
• Implement sales and marketing tactics to achieve and exceed regional targets.
• Strategize routes and prepare for visits, while maintaining follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Manage expenses and oversee the territory budget.
• Organize and plan customer events, including moderating and/or leading these events.
• Utilize diverse interaction methods to foster needs-oriented customer experiences.
• Collaborate across functions with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.
• Keep an eye on market trends and competitors.
• Cultivate professional relationships with customer networks, decision-makers, and key opinion leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Background in diabetes and the medical device sector is advantageous.
• Experience in both primary care and hospital settings.
• Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating success in sales.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient negotiation skills with strong closing techniques.
• Solid understanding of digital applications and processes.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a positive, winning attitude.
• Good knowledge of medical devices, particularly CGM systems.
• Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strategic thinker with the capacity to devise customized sales strategies.
• Skill in conveying medical and technical information clearly and understandably.
• Ability to analyze market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
• Results-driven, organized, and self-assured in a dynamic and competitive landscape.
• Team-oriented with initiative, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must reside within a commutable distance from the assigned Dexcom location.
