Senior Territory Sales Manager – Particle and Surface Characterization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Generate and cultivate new accounts

• Efficiently manage current accounts

• Deliver presentations to various audience sizes, including C-suite executives, production managers, and technicians

• Assess and qualify opportunities

• Create proposals

• Finalize business deals

• Travel up to 50–60%, including overnight stays, for meetings, demonstrations, and installations

• Propel business growth in particle sizing, zeta potential, surface, and porosity methods across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest region

• Report directly to the Western Region Sales Director

• Collaborate closely with sales and applications team members

• Market and support Anton Paar's high-precision measuring instruments for physical, chemical, mechanical, and structural properties

⛳️ Requirements

• Four years of experience in technical sales; experience in analytical instrument sales is highly preferred

• Strong skills in sales qualification, opportunity management, and negotiation

• Ability to recognize customer needs and drive opportunities to successful closure

• Demonstrated capability to develop, maintain, and accurately predict a robust sales pipeline

• Proven track record of advancing opportunities consistently through the sales process

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong presentation abilities

• Capacity to work independently

• Deep commitment to customer satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or engineering is preferred

• Valid driver's license and passport required
