This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Showcase the Dexcom product range and its digital ecosystem to optimize targeted sales.
• Play a key role in establishing Dexcom as the leader in continuous glucose monitoring.
• Take charge of a designated territory, which includes sales planning, customer support, assistance for diabetes specialist shops, and acquiring new customers.
• Meet and surpass sales and KPI objectives for the territory.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed regional targets.
• Strategically manage territory routes and document visits in CRM systems, ensuring follow-ups.
• Oversee territory expenses and manage the budget effectively.
• Organize and plan customer events, including moderating and/or facilitating them.
• Utilize various interaction methods to create customer experiences focused on their needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.
• Keep track of market trends and competitors.
• Cultivate professional relationships with customer networks, key decision-makers, and opinion leaders.
• Strong customer service orientation with a track record of success in sales.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in negotiation and possess strong closing skills.
• Solid understanding of digital applications and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Good grasp of medical devices, particularly CGM systems.
• Capable of establishing and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to create customized sales strategies.
• Skilled in conveying medical and technical information in a clear and comprehensible manner.
• Competent in analyzing market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
• Results-driven, organized, and able to navigate confidently in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment.
• Team-oriented individual with a strong initiative, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the diabetes sector and medical device industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with both primary care and hospital settings.
• Must reside within commuting distance of the assigned Dexcom location.
