This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Cultivate new business account relationships that are profitable.
• Enhance profitability from current accounts.
• Recognize business opportunities by leveraging knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services.
• Deliver sales presentations to both existing and potential clients.
• Educate clients on the advantages of utilizing the organization's products and services.
• Establish and uphold an effective referral network and calling program to drive sales.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Two to three years of pertinent sales experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Proficiency in Mandarin; Cantonese language skills are an added advantage.
• Fundamental understanding of product marketing, client service challenges, and organizational operations.
• Strong skills in marketing, business development/sales, and negotiation.
• Ability to creatively address client concerns and challenges.
• Basic skills in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines concurrently.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Applicants must adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as relevant workplace conduct and safety regulations.
• Certain roles may require compliance with FINRA, NMLS registration, Reg Z, Reg G, OFAC, NFA, FCPA, the Bank Secrecy Act, the SAFE Act, and/or federal regulations pertinent to an agreement.
