This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategically plan, organize, maintain, develop, and expand a volume-oriented and profitable network of approximately 50 target and core dealers.
• Identify and enroll dealers within the designated territory.
• Enhance sales through proactive communication with current and prospective customers regarding product launches, services, supplies, pricing, programs, and discounts.
• Sustain and enhance sales revenue and gross margin.
• Keep an accurate record of call history within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and their teams to boost sales in assigned branches.
• Create remedial action plans as necessary to achieve or surpass weekly customer development and sales objectives.
• Act as the channel authority on product features, benefits, performance, and design guidelines.
• Ensure client accounts have the necessary information to meet or exceed customer service expectations, including policies and processes for promotions, product launches, billing, returns, and product changes.
• Regularly reach out to customers to assess satisfaction with the organization, products, and services.
• Keep an eye on competitive activities and trends within the territory.
• Broaden knowledge of the company's products and features.
• Adhere to work instructions, operating procedures, and company policies.
• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities to support ongoing business needs.
• Ensure alignment of work with the Director’s expectations, objectives, and vision.
• Implement policies, processes, and procedures to achieve short-term results.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to construct and execute a comprehensive sales plan.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM, expense reporting, and internal systems.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service capabilities.
• Ability to generate new business through effective negotiation and implementation of a sales plan.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• High level of focus and attention to detail.
• Capability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings/plans.
• Knowledge of HVAC products, services, customers, and market trends.
• Good discernment and sound judgment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to exercise good judgment, maintain a strong work ethic, and display integrity on the job.
• Capacity to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization currently or in the future for employment in the United States.
• Willingness to travel, up to 50%.
