This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Strategically plan, organize, maintain, develop, and enhance a volume-driven and profitable network of approximately 50 target and core dealers.
• Identify and onboard dealers within the designated territory.
• Drive sales by actively engaging with existing and prospective customers regarding new product launches, services, supplies, pricing, programs, and discounts.
• Sustain and enhance sales revenue and gross margin.
• Keep an accurate record of call history within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and their teams to boost sales within the assigned branches.
• Formulate remedial action plans as necessary to meet or surpass customer development and weekly sales objectives.
• Act as the channel expert on product features, benefits, performance, and design guidelines.
• Ensure client accounts are equipped with the necessary information to meet or exceed customer service expectations, including promotions, product launches, billing, returns, and product modifications.
• Regularly reach out to customers to assess satisfaction with the organization, products, and services.
• Track competitive activity and trends within the territory.
• Broaden knowledge of company products and features.
• Adhere to work instructions, operating procedures, and company policies.
• Execute additional projects and responsibilities to support ongoing business demands.
• Provide guidance and training to subordinate staff.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the HVAC industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Strong sales capabilities and the ability to devise and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, expense reporting, and internal platforms.
• Strong skills in relationship building and customer service.
• Competence in generating new business through negotiation and the execution of a sales strategy.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Capacity to maintain focus with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.
• Understanding of HVAC products, services, customers, and market trends.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to apply sound judgment, a strong work ethic, and integrity.
• Must be capable of performing essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
