This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Strategically plan, organize, maintain, develop, and enhance a profitable network of around 50 target and core dealers.
β’ Identify and onboard dealers within the designated territory.
β’ Foster sales growth through proactive communication with current and prospective customers regarding product launches, services, supplies, pricing, programs, and discounts.
β’ Sustain and elevate sales revenue and gross margin.
β’ Keep precise call history within the CRM system.
β’ Collaborate with Branch Managers and branch teams to boost sales.
β’ Create remedial action plans to achieve or surpass weekly customer development and sales objectives when necessary.
β’ Serve as the channel authority on product features, benefits, performance, and design guidelines.
β’ Ensure client accounts possess the information required to fulfill customer service expectations, including promotions, product launches, billing, returns, and product modifications.
β’ Reach out to customers periodically to assess satisfaction with the organization, products, and services.
β’ Observe competitive activities and trends within the territory.
β’ Enhance knowledge of company products and features.
β’ Adhere to work instructions, operational procedures, and company policies.
β’ Undertake additional projects and responsibilities that support ongoing business needs.
β’ Report directly to the Area Sales Manager.
β’ At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the HVAC sector.
β’ High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
β’ Strong sales capabilities with the aptitude to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
β’ Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, CRM, expense reporting, and internal systems.
β’ Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
β’ Ability to generate new business through negotiation and implementation of a sales plan.
β’ Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
β’ High level of focus and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Capability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings/plans.
β’ Familiarity with HVAC products, services, customers, and market trends.
β’ Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
β’ Ability to exercise good judgment, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and uphold integrity.
β’ Legally authorized to work in the United States.

β’ Local travel is necessary; occasional out-of-town travel is recommended.
