This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive strong CVAC adoption among physicians while achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Houston, TX area.
• Articulate Calyxo’s value proposition to both new and existing clients.
• Qualify, train, evaluate, and develop accounts to integrate Calyxo technology into kidney stone practices.
• Conduct product demonstrations and generate new sales opportunities.
• Maintain monthly and quarterly plans for the territory.
• Provide monthly sales forecasts.
• Communicate market dynamics and suggest improvements to commercial processes.
• Collaborate with Professional Education to provide clinical and training support.
• Build and nurture relationships with key customers and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Work alongside Regional Sales, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance teams.
• Assist in resolving product complaints and safety concerns.
• Adhere to organizational policies, Good Manufacturing Practices, FDA regulations, Customer Relationship policies, and Sunshine Act policies.
• Complete necessary sales reporting documentation.
• Manage travel and expenses within the established budget.
• Maintain a professional image and perform other assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in outside sales/sales management; experience in the medical device field is preferred.
• Proven history of exceeding revenue targets against sales plans.
• Skilled in navigating and expediting hospital and ASC product approval processes.
• Experience in the operating room is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of urology and urology products.
• Strong connections with local urologists are highly desirable.
• Successful experience in launching new and innovative technologies.
• Proficient in navigating complex reimbursement environments.
• Familiarity with treatment algorithms for kidney stone patients is preferred.
• Compliance with applicable vaccination guidelines at the county, state, and federal levels.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hiring.
• Frequent travel and consistent generation of new sales leads are expected.
• Ability to establish and maintain credentials through RepTrax, Vendormate, etc., to access hospitals and medical facilities.
