This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory
• Develop monthly and quarterly territory plans that specify sales goals and areas of concern
• Provide monthly sales forecasts for the designated area
• Articulate the value proposition of Calyxo products to clients
• Qualify, train, evaluate, and nurture accounts to promote the use of Calyxo products in kidney stone practices
• Convey market trends and suggest enhancements to commercial processes
• Collaborate with Professional Education to offer clinical and training assistance
• Establish and sustain relationships with key customers and opinion leaders
• Work in conjunction with Regional Sales, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance teams
• Complete and submit necessary sales reporting documents punctually
• Assist in resolving product complaints and safety concerns
• Adhere to organizational policies, Good Manufacturing Practices, FDA regulations, Customer Relationship policies, and Sunshine Act policies
• Maintain a professional demeanor with physicians, consultants, suppliers, and colleagues
• Keep up credentials required for entry into hospitals and medical facilities
• Manage travel and expenses within the approved budget
• Perform other assigned responsibilities and contribute to a collaborative, ethical, efficient, and high-achieving culture
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Over 5 years of experience in outside sales/sales management; medical device experience is preferred
• Proven record of exceeding revenue targets compared to sales plans
• Proficient in navigating and expediting product approval processes in hospitals and ASCs
• Required experience in operating rooms
• Comprehensive knowledge of urology and urology products; established relationships with local urologists are highly preferred
• Successful history of launching new and innovative technologies
• Expertise in complex reimbursement landscapes
• Familiarity with the treatment algorithm for patients with kidney stones is preferred
• Compliance with applicable vaccination regulations at the county, state, and federal levels
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to secure and maintain facility credentials through RepTrax, Vendormate, or similar systems
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Experience in conducting product demonstrations
• Capability to generate new sales leads consistently
• Ability to monitor sales and communicate effectively with field team members
• Variable compensation totaling $140,000 annually
