This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly sales targets for the designated area.
• Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly territory plans that define sales goals and identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Provide monthly sales forecasts for the specified area.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of Calyxo products to clients.
• Qualify, train, evaluate, and support accounts in adopting Calyxo products within kidney stone practices.
• Share insights on market conditions and suggest improvements to commercial processes.
• Collaborate with the Professional Education team to deliver clinical training and support.
• Foster and sustain relationships with key customers and thought leaders.
• Work alongside Regional Sales, Sales, and Marketing teams to prioritize customers for corporate partnerships.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of required sales reporting forms in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager and Finance.
• Assist in resolving product complaints and safety concerns.
• Uphold organizational policies, Good Manufacturing Practices, FDA regulations, Customer Relationship policies, and Sunshine Act compliance.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with physicians, consultants, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Establish and keep up-to-date RepTrax, Vendormate, and other necessary facility credentials.
• Manage travel and expenses within the approved budget.
• Carry out additional assigned tasks.
• Contribute to a culture that is collaborative, respectful, transparent, ethical, efficient, high-achieving, and enjoyable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales or sales management.
• Experience in the medical device field is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets compared to sales plans.
• Skilled in navigating and expediting hospital and ASC product approval processes.
• Operating room experience is mandatory.
• Comprehensive knowledge of urology and urology products.
• Strong connections with local urologists are highly desirable.
• Proven success in launching new and disruptive technologies.
• Proficient in complex reimbursement environments.
• Familiarity with the treatment algorithm for kidney stone patients is preferred.
• Compliance with applicable vaccination requirements at the county, state, and federal levels.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Ability to reside in or near the Jacksonville, FL area.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Capability to conduct product demonstrations.
• Regularly generate new sales leads.
• Ability to track sales and communicate effectively with field team members.
