This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Achieve or surpass the quarterly sales target for the specified territory.
• Develop monthly and quarterly territory strategies that outline sales goals and potential challenges.
• Provide monthly sales forecasts for the designated area.
• Articulate the value proposition of Calyxo products to clients.
• Qualify, educate, evaluate, and nurture accounts to integrate Calyxo products in kidney stone practices.
• Relay market trends and suggest enhancements to commercial processes.
• Collaborate with Professional Education to offer clinical and training assistance.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key clients and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Work alongside Regional Sales, Sales, and Marketing teams to prioritize customers for corporate engagements.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales and Finance to fulfill necessary sales reporting.
• Assist in addressing product complaints and safety concerns.
• Adhere to organizational policies, Good Manufacturing Practices, FDA regulations, Customer Relationship policies, and Sunshine Act compliance.
• Maintain a professional and credible presence with physicians, consultants, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Manage travel and expenses in accordance with the approved budget.
• Perform additional assigned responsibilities.
• Foster a culture that is collaborative, respectful, transparent, ethical, efficient, high-achieving, and enjoyable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in outside sales or sales management.
• Experience in the medical device field is preferred.
• Proven ability to exceed revenue targets compared to the sales plan.
• Proficient in navigating and expediting hospital and ASC product approval procedures.
• Operating room experience is mandatory.
• Comprehensive knowledge of urology and urology products.
• Strong connections with local urologists are highly desirable.
• Proven success in launching new and disruptive technologies.
• Expertise in complex reimbursement environments.
• Familiarity with treatment algorithms for kidney stone patients is preferred.
• Compliance with relevant vaccination regulations at the county, state, and federal levels.
• Willingness to reside in or near the Phoenix, Arizona area.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Capability to verify identity and employment eligibility and complete necessary employment eligibility verification upon hiring.
• Ability to establish and maintain credentials through RepTrax, Vendormate, or similar systems for access to hospitals and medical facilities.
• Variable compensation of $140,000 annualized.
