This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Make sales calls to healthcare professionals to promote AngioSafe medical devices.
• Develop, nurture, and sustain relationships with stakeholders in hospitals, OBLs, and ASCs.
• Offer product information, demonstrations, and clinical support.
• Evaluate market trends and customer requirements to formulate and implement sales strategies.
• Provide reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions to management.
• Keep updated on industry regulations, product advancements, clinical developments, and competitor activities.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize sales opportunities.
• Participate in medical conferences and industry events to build connections with customers and key opinion leaders.
• Promote AngioSafe’s catheter technology throughout the New York City Metro area.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
• 7–10 years of demonstrated medical device sales experience, particularly in peripheral or coronary interventions or endovascular markets.
• Comprehensive understanding of vascular anatomy, PAD, CTO, and procedural workflows.
• Strongly preferred: Established connections within the NYC Metro market with interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, and/or interventional radiologists.
• Experience with Value Analysis Committees (VACs) and supply chain navigation.
• Capability to manage OBL, ASC, and hospital accounts.
• Proven business acumen and a track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in capital and/or disposable medical device sales.
• Proficiency in strategic territory planning, identifying high-potential accounts, and displacing competitive products.
• Experience in physician education and procedural case support in Cath Lab and/or OR environments.
• Ability to independently assist with procedures and guide physicians during live medical-device cases.
• Competence in training physicians and staff on device utilization and procedural integration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills during live cases.
• Capability to discuss device mechanism of action and clinical data with healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with competitive economic selling, ROI modeling, and reimbursement processes.
• Ability to devise multi-touch account penetration strategies involving physicians, administration, and supply chain.
• Knowledge of wires, atherectomy, IVL, CTO crossing devices, balloons, and stents.
• A self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to open new accounts.
• Resilience and effectiveness in lengthy sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
• High-energy, credible presence in the lab, and confidence when interacting with KOLs.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the territory and occasionally nationally.
• A team player who is open to coaching and dedicated to ongoing professional growth.
• Ability to work autonomously with inherent initiative.
