This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process for the designated territory, encompassing prospecting, initial outreach, discovery, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop and sustain a qualified sales pipeline, effectively balancing warm inbound leads with proactive outbound prospecting efforts.
• Conduct in-person meetings and customized demonstrations that align Flipdish’s value proposition with customers’ commercial and operational objectives.
• Identify customer pain points, create consultative business cases, and recommend appropriate solutions and commercial frameworks.
• Navigate intricate deals involving multiple stakeholders, address objections, and progress opportunities towards closure.
• Challenge ineffective decisions and suggest improved methodologies.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly new business objectives.
• Maintain a well-forecasted pipeline with defined next steps and robust stage conversion rates.
• Secure suitable deals and ensure seamless onboarding with minimal churn risk and clear outcomes for customers.
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in field sales or territory management.
• Demonstrated ability to independently create an outbound pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Comfort in engaging in consultative discussions and linking product value to business results.
• Highly organized and self-motivated; capable of planning territory strategies, managing time effectively, and following up autonomously.
• Commercially astute and able to discuss pricing, return on investment, and contract terms with confidence.
• Experience in the restaurant sector or familiarity with restaurant tech, particularly selling SaaS solutions to small and medium-sized restaurants, would be advantageous.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing mid-market or multi-site deals would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of POS systems, online ordering, loyalty programs, or restaurant operations tools would be a plus.
