This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical sales assistance to enhance sales growth of Henkel’s General Industrial Adhesives division in Dallas and eastern Texas.

• Recognize, develop, and quantify customer value propositions by aligning customer requirements with adhesive solutions.

• Inspire and educate authorized industrial distributors to promote LOCTITE products and solutions.

• Create and facilitate training sessions for industrial and manufacturing MRO and OEM clients.

• Seek new business opportunities while overseeing the current customer portfolio through on-site visits.

• Execute strategies that support the profitable expansion of Henkel’s product offerings within the territory.

• Prioritize and implement sales and marketing initiatives that align with Henkel’s market strategies.

• Convey progress and requirements to the management team.

• Utilize Henkel’s CRM tools to manage sales engagement activities and oversee the project pipeline.

• Visit customers to address manufacturing and repair challenges with value-added solutions.

• Adopt proactive and consultative methods to assess customer needs and discover innovative solutions with support from the technical team.

• Collaborate with customer service, marketing, engineering, and other departments to ensure outstanding customer experiences and sustainable growth.

• Nurture and expand customer relationships through effective account management.

• Establish rapport and conduct product training and demonstrations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience or qualifications in technical sales support are preferred but not explicitly required.

• Capability to identify, develop, and quantify customer value propositions.

• Proven ability to motivate and train authorized industrial distributors.

• Skill in developing and presenting formal training sessions for industrial and manufacturing MRO and OEM customers.

• Proficient in prospecting for new business and managing an existing customer base.

• Competence in implementing sales strategies and executing sales and marketing programs.

• Ability to communicate progress and requirements effectively to management.

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

• Expertise in solving manufacturing or repair issues using adhesive technologies and value-added solutions.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with customer service, marketing, engineering, and other departments.

• Proficiency in building customer relationships, conducting product training, and delivering demonstrations.
