This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Deliver technical sales assistance to enhance the sales growth of Henkel’s General Industrial Adhesives division in Western Connecticut.
• Identify, cultivate, and quantify customer value propositions by aligning customer requirements with adhesive solutions.
• Inspire and train authorized industrial distributors to market LOCTITE products and solutions.
• Design and present formal training sessions for industrial and manufacturing MRO and OEM clients.
• Seek out new business opportunities while overseeing the current customer portfolio.
• Engage with customers to address manufacturing and repair challenges with value-added solutions.
• Utilize a proactive, consultative approach to assess customer needs and discover innovative solutions with support from the technical team.
• Execute strategies that promote the profitable growth of Henkel’s product lines within the designated territory.
• Prioritize and implement sales and marketing initiatives in line with Henkel’s market entry strategies.
• Relay progress and requirements to the management team.
• Utilize Henkel’s CRM tools to oversee sales engagement activities and manage the project pipeline.
• Collaborate internally with customer service, marketing, engineering, and other departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience and foster sustainable growth.
