
Territory Recruiter – South, Southeast, Puerto Rico

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Identify and attract qualified talent for store positions through community outreach, employee referrals, social media, retail networking groups, and online job boards.
• Utilize recruiting tools and Workday ATS to engage and connect with candidates for store leadership and hourly roles.
• Create and sustain talent pipelines for Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and various retail positions.
• Cultivate relationships with passive candidates and ensure continuous engagement.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, encompassing job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation and negotiation, as well as onboarding support.
• Collaborate with field leadership teams to assess staffing needs, business goals, workforce trends, and market-specific challenges.
• Offer market insights, workforce planning recommendations, and recruitment strategies.
• Foster relationships with candidates, store leaders, community organizations, and workforce development partners.
• Travel to stores within the designated territory on a quarterly basis; overnight travel may be necessary.
• A minimum of 4–7 years of comprehensive recruiting experience.
• A strong preference for experience in high-volume retail recruiting.
• Documented success in recruiting Assistant Store Managers, Store Managers, and other retail leadership roles across various locations and markets.
• Proficient understanding of applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
• Experience in managing requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview processes, and offer workflows in a high-volume setting.
• Capacity to source, attract, and engage both active and passive retail management talent through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and community partnerships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to establish credibility and influence among retail leaders.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of how talent acquisition impacts store performance, customer experience, and operational outcomes.
• Capability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize competing demands, and deliver quality hires within tight timelines.
• Quarterly travel to stores within the designated territory is required; overnight travel may be necessary.
