This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct comprehensive marketing searches from the initiation of role definition to the finalization of hiring.
• Take charge of the narrative regarding candidate quality, funnel health, and overall search strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to establish roles, levels, search design, talent benchmarks, market trends, and inclusive hiring practices.
• Develop structured search plans, identify bottlenecks, set expectations, and ensure stakeholder visibility throughout the process.
• Create and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber marketing talent.
• Leverage data to establish funnel expectations and enhance search methodologies based on real-time insights.
• Enhance hiring quality and consistency by defining success profiles, marketing competencies, and relevant case exercises.
• Gather market intelligence related to compensation, organizational structures, talent pools, and hiring trends of peer companies.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience, including top-tier communication and coaching at the executive level.
• Work in tandem with sourcers and coordination partners to ensure seamless search processes.
• Assist Headway in achieving sustainable growth while serving providers and patients across the nation.
• Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
• Significant experience in recruiting senior marketing professionals.
• Extensive background in business and/or technology recruitment.
• Experience in Product Marketing is advantageous.
• Proficient in advising executives through data analysis, market insights, and structured reasoning.
• Capability to navigate ambiguous or intricate searches and formulate repeatable hiring strategies.
• Strong agency and operational excellence.
• Experience with multi-channel sourcing, research, relationship management, and market analysis.
• Ability to evaluate marketing talent and assess candidates’ scope, judgment, and potential impact.
• Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and professionalism.
• Dedication to maintaining inclusive and consistent hiring practices.
