Senior Bilingual Recruiter – Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to establish position specifications.

• Offer pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present strong candidate pools.

• Develop talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the process by providing timely progress updates.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to finalize offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

• Mentor Recruiters and team members.

• Serve as a client brand ambassador and ensure proactive, timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

• Provide consultative guidance and industry insight to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience, showcasing achievements in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Proficiency with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Familiarity with standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics associated with talent acquisition.

• Bilingual - Spanish/English.

• Strong sourcing capabilities.
