
Territory Manager, Structural Heart – TAVI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Ensure that the designated territory achieves or surpasses sales and clinical goals related to Structural Heart TAVI.
• Oversee commercial accounts and trial sites, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director.
• Identify opportunities within accounts and meet quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate daily activities within the territory alongside Clinical Sales Specialists and the regional Clinical Lead Specialist.
• Create and execute customer-centric sales and clinical strategies.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers.
• Formulate sales and account plans utilizing clinical data, sales metrics, and analytics.
• Utilize SFDC and other sales tools to manage the sales workflow.
• Complete field training to gain authorization for independent case support and become an Abbott proctor delegate.
• Participate in sterile procedures and provide valve loading and case assistance for TAVI procedures using Navitor with FlexNav and other related devices.
• Assess patient anatomy and valve sizing with Pie Medical 3 Mensio, delivering sizing reports to customers.
• Analyze angiography, TTE, TEE, CT, ECG, and hemodynamic data.
• Build customer relationships and collaborate with hospital departments to pinpoint key stakeholders.
• Attend team meetings, trade shows, educational conferences, and webinars.
• Offer in-service training and on-site product usage instruction.
• Maintain clinical expertise through ongoing company product training.
• Forecast and implement quarterly action plans while managing account consignment.
• Complete hospital vendor credentialing as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Over 5 years of experience in the cardiovascular field, including 3 years in SH, TEVAR, or EVAR-specific sales, or more than 100 TAVI cases.
• TAVI experience is highly preferred.
• Clinical proficiency and a solid understanding of severe aortic stenosis disease state.
• Strong clinical acumen.
• Demonstrated sales success.
• Skills in organization, communication, and processes.
• Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements, which may include COVID-19 vaccination verification.
• Capability to complete vendor credentialing for hospital access as needed.
• Preferred: Experience in TAVI industry sales.
• Preferred: Experience with CT/TTE/TEE/angiography imaging.
