This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Act as a field-based Territory Manager for the MitraClip division.
• Strive to meet or surpass the sales targets assigned to your territory.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director to identify and assess market opportunities and sales potential.
• Set and accomplish annual sales goals.
• Coordinate activities alongside clinical consultants.
• Negotiate contracts with external clients.
• Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities.
• Schedule sales calls with both current and prospective customers to meet revenue and unit growth targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored for hospital accounts and physicians.
• Analyze sales data and reports to create weekly, monthly, and quarterly action plans.
• Identify key accounts, healthcare professionals, and relevant business issues that impact product usage.
• Observe protocols in hospital laboratories and operating rooms.
• Create customer-specific pricing packages that align with company guidelines.
• Foster relationships with hospital staff and pinpoint purchasing decision-makers.
• Deliver customer training, organize VIP trips, orientations, launches, and updates.
• Participate in trade shows, educational conferences, and seminars.
• Educate customers through presentations and product demonstrations.
• Maintain clinical and technical knowledge by engaging in product training.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in the cardiovascular field.
• At least 3 years of sales experience with implantable devices in Structural Heart or Heart Failure.
• Verification of compliance with vendor credentialing requirements, including potential COVID-19 vaccination.
• Strong orientation towards sales and clinical practices.
• Preferred experience with products used in interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery.
• Familiarity with echocardiology and other indirect imaging techniques is preferred.
• A degree in Life Sciences or Marketing is preferred.
