This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Establish new relationships with physicians, hospitals, and health systems across the designated territory.
• Create new accounts and enhance usage among current clients.
• Implement strategic business plans for the territory to surpass sales targets.
• Promote the adoption of cutting-edge technologies through clinical knowledge, education, and consultative sales techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to enhance procedural results and patient care.
• Spearhead product launches and commercial initiatives within the territory.
• Work in conjunction with Clinical Specialists, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership.
• Assess market potential, competitive actions, and customer requirements to uncover growth opportunities.
• Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after each sale.
• Represent Siemens Healthineers with professionalism, integrity, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Travel approximately 40–50% within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record in medical device sales, healthcare sales, or complex consultative sales environments.
• Preferred experience in selling capital equipment, disposable technologies, or clinically advanced products.
• Demonstrated capability to establish new business and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Strong business insight and proficient territory planning skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to grasp complex clinical technologies and effectively convey their value to physicians and healthcare leaders.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business productivity applications.
• Capability to meet customer vendor credentialing requirements, including immunizations, background checks, and site-specific access prerequisites.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and compliance with Siemens Healthineers Fleet Safety Policy.
• No previous DUI/DWI convictions or pending charges, or other serious traffic violations, unless legally exempt.
• Completion of mandatory company compliance, product, and clinical training programs.
• Must have full access to Siemens Healthineers client locations.
• The successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in compliance with US export control laws.
