This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Propel sales expansion and enhance market share within a designated territory by advocating for BD's Endourology portfolio.
• Formulate and implement territory-specific business strategies.
• Discover new growth avenues and increase usage within current accounts.
• Foster relationships with physicians, clinicians, supply chain personnel, healthcare administrators, and other key decision-makers.
• Partner with Procedural Sales Specialists, Regional Sales Managers, Directors of National Accounts, and Strategic Customer teams.
• Execute local and regional strategies for growth.
• Conduct business evaluations, forecasting, and performance coaching sessions.
• Propel sales through strategic territory planning, account engagement, and opportunity oversight.
• Recognize customer needs and position BD solutions that enhance clinical outcomes, procedural efficiency, and economic value.
• Assist in product evaluations, physician training, case coverage, and technology adoption.
• Support initiatives across Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN), health systems, and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO).
• Implement competitive conversion strategies and new business development approaches.
• Collect competitive intelligence regarding market trends, customer preferences, product offerings, and pricing dynamics.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and utilize CRM tools for opportunity management and business forecasting.
• Provide precise sales forecasts and updates regarding the territory.
• Analyze account performance and develop actionable plans.
• Deliver product education, in-service training, and clinical support.
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of three years of proven sales experience, ideally in medical devices, healthcare, surgical technologies, or related fields.
• Preferred experience in urology, endourology, operating room, capital equipment, or healthcare sales.
• Established ability to cultivate relationships and influence various stakeholders within intricate healthcare settings.
• Understanding of hospital purchasing processes, IDN frameworks, value analysis committees, and physician decision-making processes.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets while effectively managing a sales territory.
• Strong skills in business planning, organization, and time management.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and business planning tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
