Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable partner for health plans from the implementation phase through continuous value delivery.

• Provide support to multiple health plan partners.

• Advocate for partner interests and requirements to internal teams, including product, operations, member support, and clinical care.

• Oversee daily program delivery and achieve program KPIs.

• Collaborate with Patient Acquisition & Marketing teams on payer penetration and growth strategies.

• Maintain health plan satisfaction, manage renewals, identify expansion opportunities, ensure contract adherence, oversee contract P&L, and monitor contract utilization.

• Create and present actionable agendas for client meetings and reporting materials.

• Implement and manage account strategies to meet program milestones and surpass expectations.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Travel to client meetings at least once every quarter.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• X years of relevant experience.

• Prior experience in mental health settings, particularly with Managed Care Organizations.

• Proven track record of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet ambitious project timelines using project management tools and methodologies.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate relationships within complex organizations.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple concurrent relationships with a diverse range of clients.

• Strong analytical skills to generate program KPIs and insights for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape, with a focus on payer and provider dynamics.

• Must reside with convenient access to the airport and have reliable transportation.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer; visa sponsorship information is required.
