This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the daily partnership relationship between MinIO and the partner's business and technical teams.
• Broaden the commercial scope by exploring new use cases, regions, upsells, renewals, and extended terms.
• Oversee contract renewals, amendments, and enhanced commercial terms.
• Foster and sustain executive relationships with partner leadership.
• Propel partnership-sourced pipeline and revenue, taking ownership of related quotas or targets.
• Carry out joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-selling strategies, joint offers, campaigns, and reseller/channel activations.
• Oversee partner operations through quarterly business reviews (QBRs), roadmap synchronization, escalations, and stakeholder updates.
• Consistently navigate reseller and channel dynamics in alignment with MinIO’s broader channel strategy.
• Convert partner requirements into internal product and engineering priorities without managing the product roadmap.
• Define and report on partnership KPIs, encompassing pipeline, revenue, deployment milestones, and partnership health.
• Represent MinIO alongside the partner at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
• 15–20 years of combined experience in sales, presales, channel/alliances, and business development, ideally in infrastructure, data, or AI/ML sectors, with significant experience in strategic partnerships or key-account management.
• Profound and proven knowledge of the Saudi Arabia enterprise technology landscape and sovereign-AI/government-adjacent ecosystem, including national AI infrastructure initiatives and the Vision 2030 digital infrastructure framework.
• A history of managing and expanding an existing strategic partnership at scale, which includes extending scope, renewing and modifying contracts, and increasing revenue over multiple years.
• Confidence in handling commercial terms and contract negotiations directly, covering MSAs, NFRs, exclusivity, revenue share, and reseller frameworks.
• Strong working knowledge of object storage, data infrastructure, or AI/ML ecosystems, including sovereign AI infrastructure, inference/training data pipelines, and platform architecture.
• Proven success in managing a partner relationship that resulted in measurable pipeline or revenue growth.
• Exceptional relationship-building and executive communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level partners and government-adjacent stakeholders comfortably.
• Experience in co-selling strategies, joint go-to-market execution, channel/reseller management, and partner enablement.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Based in Riyadh and willing to travel regionally to partner locations, conferences, and industry events as required.
