This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Promote and implement sales strategies for approved Esperion products within the designated region.
• Oversee all promotional activities within the Dallas W, TX territory.
• Carry out Esperion sales procedures using authorized sales and marketing resources.
• Meet individual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Review performance metrics in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Build and sustain business relationships with key customers.
• Inform and educate Healthcare Providers about Esperion products through meetings, virtual interactions, speaker programs, and sanctioned initiatives.
• Evaluate local market trends and develop, implement, and track performance initiatives.
• Utilize sales and marketing tools and resources to achieve business goals.
• Keep informed about product payer coverage and support market access objectives.
• Attend local, regional, and national congresses to promote Esperion brands.
• Complete administrative responsibilities including sample inventory management, call submission and reporting, expense tracking, and vehicle mileage reporting.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and mandatory training.
• Manage territory expenses and adhere to the established territory budget.
• Communicate and collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers.
• Monitor territory performance and synchronize Sales and Marketing efforts.
• Work alongside sales leadership and Market Access to enhance commercial and government payer pull-through.
• Maintain vendor credentialing to access customer locations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Kinesiology, Pre-med, or other STEM disciplines).
• 1–3 years of pharmaceutical or relevant sales experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Military background or similar experience demonstrating drive and discipline is considered advantageous.
• Experience engaging with Healthcare Professionals is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record that meets Esperion employment criteria.
• Proven track record of consistent high performance in sales, academics, athletics, or similar pursuits.
• Interest in working in a start-up environment or a successful history in an entrepreneurial sales model.
• Ability to thrive in a performance-driven and growth-oriented culture.

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Capability to influence and successfully engage varied audiences, including customers, colleagues, and scientific and technical leaders.
