This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Attain individual sales targets for the designated territory as set by Esperion Commercial Leadership.
• Evaluate performance metrics in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager to optimize sales outcomes in the territory.
• Build and sustain business relationships with essential customers within the assigned region.
• Promote and educate Healthcare Providers about Esperion products through one-on-one meetings, virtual interactions, promotional speaker programs, and other sanctioned initiatives.
• Assess local market trends and strategize, implement, and monitor performance to enhance appropriate product utilization.
• Leverage sales and marketing tools and resources to meet business goals.
• Stay informed about product payer coverage and achieve market access objectives.
• Participate in local, regional, and national congresses to advocate for Esperion brands.
• Complete administrative responsibilities including sample inventory management, call submissions and reporting, expense tracking, and vehicle mileage reporting.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and mandatory training.
• Follow expense-report protocols and comply with the territory budget.
• Maintain communication with Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers while monitoring territory performance.
• Coordinate Sales and Marketing activities and implement business initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and Market Access to enhance pull-through from commercial and government payers.
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Promote authorized Esperion medications within the assigned Gainesville territory.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Kinesiology, Pre-med, or other STEM-related fields) is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or relevant sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience in engaging with or working alongside Healthcare Professionals is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 30%, including overnight stays.
• A valid driver’s license and an impeccable driving record that meets Esperion's employment criteria.
• Proven history of consistently high performance in sales, academics, athletics, or similar activities.
• A desire to thrive in a start-up environment or previous success in an entrepreneurial sales framework.
• Ability to adopt a performance-driven and growth-oriented culture.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Capacity to influence and effectively engage with a variety of audiences, including customers, colleagues, and scientific and technical leaders.
