This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.
• Identify, target, and implement business strategies within the local community to enhance ViiV's approach to HIV prevention and treatment.
• Lead community-focused initiatives that align with territory-level sales in collaboration with matrix teams.
• Provide both branded and unbranded content to Allied Healthcare Professionals and patients/consumers.
• Share clinical information regarding long-acting injectables used in HIV prevention and treatment.
• Execute promotional activities for long-acting injectables, engaging communities and organizations that are disproportionately affected by HIV.
• Connect with social workers, case managers, treatment educators, discharge planners, outreach workers, benefits/implementation administrators, and other community-linked stakeholders.
• Offer culturally sensitive resources for discussing PrEP and treatment options.
• Create community networks and pathways for PrEP and treatment linkage to care.
• Align and implement customized local-market business plans in collaboration with sales.
• Coordinate efforts with Sales, Clinical Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers, and Medical teams.
• Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure effective internal communication.
• Adapt execution plans to meet performance goals by utilizing KPIs, replicating successes, and addressing business challenges.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with influential customers and thought leaders.
• BA/BS degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including specialty/HIV experience, or 5 years in HIV/AIDS or community-based public health organizations.
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed, including nights, weekends, and overnight travel, with most time spent in the market.
• A valid Driver's License is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Health Policy, Health, or Allied Health fields is preferred.
• Strong connection to and understanding of community needs, particularly in HIV prevention or treatment.
• Passion for promoting new long-acting injectables to key communities in need.
• Proven experience in developing strategic business plans with clear, measurable, action-oriented objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate, organize, and influence key stakeholders.
• Experience in establishing community networks and pathways to enhance outreach to underrepresented populations.
• Proficiency in defining and executing market development strategies.
