This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Promote and sell specialized medical devices focused on Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion (LAAO).
• Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with medical users, clinical decision-makers, and referring physicians.
• Oversee and enhance existing customer relationships within the sales territory.
• Discover and secure new customers in hospitals, clinics, physician practices, and rehabilitation facilities.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and user training sessions.
• Provide guidance to physicians, nursing staff, healthcare professionals, and procurement departments.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations until contract finalization.
• Implement the sales strategy to meet revenue and volume targets.
• Support product launches and clinical applications at customer locations.
• Aid in the adoption of new procedures and technologies.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional support and a service-oriented mindset.
• Collaborate with clinical Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
• Report market intelligence and customer insights to management.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and technical specialists.
• Keep customer and sales activity records updated in the CRM system and reporting tools.
• Participate in professional congresses, workshops, trade shows, and customer events.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company compliance guidelines.
• A completed degree in medical engineering, healthcare management, business administration, or natural sciences.
• Alternatively, completed technical, medical, or commercial training paired with relevant sales experience.
• Several years of experience in selling medical technology or specialized capital and durable goods.
• Experience collaborating with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.
• Familiarity with tendering and procurement processes in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
• Strong technical and medical acumen.
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate complex products and their benefits.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
