This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead and manage intricate sales cycles for Palo Alto Networks' products and solutions.
• Engage with channel partners and directly connect with regional customers to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Take ownership of a diverse array of complex customer accounts, emphasizing long-term value creation.
• Recognize business challenges and craft comprehensive cybersecurity transformations across network, cloud, and SOC environments.
• Spearhead multi-threaded sales initiatives with executive stakeholders, technical decision-makers, and procurement teams.
• Position Palo Alto Networks’ solutions in light of the competitive landscape, emerging trends, and customer requirements.
• Establish objectives, precise forecasts, data-driven territory strategies, and detailed account plans.
• Focus on the most significant territory opportunities and optimize total contract value.
• Develop relationships with C-level executives, including CIOs, CISOs, CSOs, and similar stakeholders.
• Utilize channel, marketing, and sales initiatives to generate pipeline and broaden regional coverage.
• Work alongside specialist sales teams to promote cross-platform adoption and advocate for appropriate customer solutions.
• Proficient understanding of SaaS-based architectures, particularly in networking and/or security.
• Experience in selling to mid-size and large enterprises with global or multi-regional operations.
• Proven track record in selling complex solutions, employing value selling, and/or consultative sales methods.
• Demonstrated capability to manage high-value accounts with lengthy sales cycles in a dynamic environment.
• Background in managing accounts of varying sizes, deal complexities, and sales readiness, including six- and seven-figure opportunities.
• Technical proficiency in comprehending how technology products and solutions address business challenges.
• Established relationships with channel partners and a channel-focused go-to-market strategy.
• Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes, including legal, security, and commercial negotiations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the full sales cycle and the ability to adhere to a structured sales process.
• Experience collaborating with specialized sales organizations.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Proven history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets in a regional sales environment.
