
Territory Manager – Outside Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Visit 10–20 accounts each day within the designated territory.
• Sustain and enhance current referral partnerships while exploring new business opportunities.
• Recognize high-potential referral sources and formulate strategies for market expansion.
• Utilize targeting and territory tools to focus on high-impact activities.
• Take ownership of territory activities, relationships, and outcomes.
• Dedicate the majority of the workweek to field visits with referral sources and their teams.
• Establish and nurture new relationships through persistent follow-up.
• Organize lunch-and-learn sessions and educational discussions with providers and their staff.
• Inform referral partners about Aeroflow’s offerings and support for practices and patients.
• Establish credibility within practices and tailor communication for various audiences.
• Transform referral connections into tangible business growth.
• Address provider inquiries via calls, emails, and texts; provide answers and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with internal Aeroflow teams to enhance referral-source satisfaction and ensure patient success.
• Manage a flexible field schedule while balancing field activities, relationship building, follow-up, and administrative tasks.
• Leverage mobile technology and various business applications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, company policies, and HIPAA/patient confidentiality standards.
• Maintain consistent attendance and fulfill physical demands, including walking, climbing stairs, and lifting over 20 pounds.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, account management, customer service, or other relevant client-facing roles is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting measurable goals, quotas, activity expectations, or similar performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strong focus on detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Confidence in initiating conversations and cultivating new relationships.
• Capability to independently manage your time, schedule, and territory.
• Proficiency in learning and utilizing common business technologies, including Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, mobile applications, and similar platforms.
• A dependable vehicle with the capacity to travel daily throughout the assigned territory.
• Ability to lift and transport over 20 pounds as necessary.
• Proficiency in English with effective communication skills.
• Previous experience in Sleep, healthcare, medical sales, or durable medical equipment (DME) is advantageous.
• Experience working autonomously in an outside sales capacity.
• History of expanding an existing territory while simultaneously developing new business.
• Experience in establishing relationships with healthcare practices or other professional referral sources.
• Willingness to occasionally travel overnight, up to approximately 10% of the time.
• Experience in healthcare or DME is not mandatory.
