📋 Description

• Providing guidance and assistance to customers in order to create customized solutions and cultivate enduring customer relationships.

• Showcasing products, solutions, and concepts directly to customers on-site.

• Assisting in the formulation of sales and marketing strategies.

• Managing and enhancing customer relationships.

• Expanding the customer base through product and service bundling, in addition to acquiring new clients.

• Preparing, presenting, and following up on quotes.

• Independently conducting and evaluating negotiations on orders.

• Offering both commercial and technical advice while developing solutions tailored to customer needs.

• Collaborating closely with merchandisers, back office staff, and internal sales teams.

• Ensuring efficient order processing.

• Successfully completed commercial or technical training.

• Relevant professional experience as a Field Sales Representative.

• Strong hands-on approach.

• Excellent communication abilities and a strong team player.

• Independent and organized work style.

• Sales-driven mindset.

• Exceptional negotiation and closing competencies.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Navision ERP system is a plus.

• Valid Category B driving license.

• Willingness to travel.
