This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and support to customers in creating customized solutions while nurturing long-term relationships.

• Deliver professional presentations of products, solutions, and concepts at customer locations.

• Assist in the formulation of sales and marketing strategies.

• Cultivate and enhance customer relationships.

• Expand the customer base through the bundling of products and services, as well as acquiring new customers.

• Prepare, deliver, and follow up on quotations.

• Conduct contract negotiations and order reviews independently.

• Offer commercial and technical insights while developing customer-specific solutions in partnership with merchandisers.

• Collaborate closely with the back office, inside sales, and merchandisers to ensure efficient order processing.

• Successfully completed commercial or technical training.

• Professional experience as a field sales representative.

• Strong hands-on approach.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Independent and organized work style.

• Sales-oriented mindset.

• Confident negotiation and closing capabilities.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Navision ERP system is a plus.

• Class B driver's license.

• Willing to travel.

• Open to working throughout the sales territory from a home-office setup.
