This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Manage and expand an established territory in Jacksonville/North Florida.
• Conduct visits to 10–20 accounts daily within the designated area.
• Sustain and enhance existing referral partnerships.
• Generate new business opportunities and broaden the territory.
• Identify referral sources with high potential and develop strategies for market growth.
• Utilize targeting and territory tools to prioritize activities effectively.
• Spend the majority of the workweek in the field engaging with referral sources and their teams.
• Initiate and nurture new relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Organize lunch-and-learn sessions and educational discussions with providers and staff.
• Inform referral partners about Aeroflow’s services and support for both practices and patients.
• Establish credibility across practices and tailor communication for various audiences.
• Transform referral relationships into tangible business growth.
• Address provider inquiries via calls, emails, and texts; manage expectations and respond to questions.
• Collaborate with internal Aeroflow teams to ensure referral-source satisfaction and patient success.
• Oversee a dynamic field schedule, balancing fieldwork, relationship building, follow-up, and administrative tasks.
• Leverage mobile technology and various business applications.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to laws, regulations, and policies.
• Walk between vehicles and offices, navigate stairs as necessary, and lift over 20 pounds.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, account management, customer service, or relevant client-facing roles is preferred.
• Proven experience in being accountable for measurable goals, quotas, activity expectations, or performance targets.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Confidence in starting conversations and cultivating new relationships.
• Ability to independently manage time, scheduling, and territory.
• Comfort with learning and utilizing common business technologies, including Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, mobile applications, and similar platforms.
• A reliable vehicle and the capacity to travel daily within the assigned territory.
• Ability to lift and carry items over 20 pounds as required.
• Proficiency in English with effective communication abilities.
• Previous experience in Sleep, healthcare, medical sales, or durable medical equipment (DME) is considered a plus.
• Experience working autonomously in an outside-sales environment.
• Background in expanding an existing territory while simultaneously developing new business opportunities.
• Experience in building relationships with healthcare practices or other professional referral sources.
• Availability for occasional overnight travel, up to approximately 10% of the time.
• Commitment to maintaining HIPAA/patient confidentiality.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
• Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies is required.
