Field Sales Representative, Retail Design Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage activities independently within the designated sales territory.

• Recognize and address the needs and demands of current customers.

• Grow and enhance the sales territory through the acquisition of new clients.

• Target customers in sectors such as bakery and confectionery, café, delicatessen, food retail, and food service.

• Collaborate with architects and planners to create forward-thinking retail design concepts.

• Consider current market trends and challenges in strategy development.

• Stay updated on new construction and renovation projects, as well as site development initiatives within the sales territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a strong natural sales instinct along with a proven history of sales achievements.

• Ideally have experience with technical and/or high-value capital goods, retail construction, woodworking, interior fit-outs, or related fields.

• Exhibit a professional demeanor and the capability to negotiate effectively with decision-makers.

• Demonstrate strong execution skills and a hands-on approach to the industry.

• Excellent communication abilities and a passion for teamwork.
