Territory Manager, OTS – Fracture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Promote and distribute Orthofix products and services to meet or surpass established sales quotas for both overall and specific product segments.

• Offer direct, personalized, and timely consultative services to physicians, patients, managed care organizations, and other payers.

• Deliver education and support at both local and national hospital accounts.

• Participate in local, state, and national meetings and conventions as required.

• Identify new target accounts while maintaining relationships with existing physician and third-party payer accounts.

• Train medical staff and patients on the appropriate use and care of Orthofix products.

• Continuously enhance technical and sales skills, ensuring proficiency in Orthofix products, clinical tools, and sales resources.

• Prepare reports and implement programs and policies under the guidance of the Regional VP of Sales and National VP of Sales.

• Provide prompt service and effective problem-solving for clinicians and patients.

• Complete necessary paperwork to fulfill sales orders, including patient prescriptions and letters of medical necessity from surgeons.


⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in the Memphis, TN area.

• 1–3 years of sales experience is required.

• Relevant medical experience working with physician offices and hospitals is advantageous.

• Proven success in selling within managed healthcare or insurance payer environments is a plus.

• Ability to communicate effectively with poise, depth of thought, good judgment, and decision-making skills.

• Capability to present to both individuals and larger groups.

• Ability to advise management on policy and procedure matters.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Must be capable of lifting and transporting products and literature repeatedly throughout the day.

• Lifting capacity should be approximately 20–30 pounds.

• Travel within the territory by car is required for approximately 90% of the time.

• A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required when traveling by car.
