Territory Manager, Northern California – P&C Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand a designated agent network throughout Northern California.

• Serve as a reliable consultant by comprehending agents’ business requirements and pinpointing growth possibilities.

• Cultivate agent relationships through face-to-face visits, virtual meetings, and phone calls.

• Formulate growth strategies and outline production goals.

• Address agent questions regarding Swyfft's products and services.

• Facilitate agent training sessions and educational webinars.

• Advocate for the Swyfft brand at conferences, events, and trade exhibitions.

• Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor actions, and market dynamics.

• Log agent interactions, communications, revenue potential, and updates within HubSpot CRM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and account management (preferably in an MGA, carrier, or agency setting).

• Established agency relationships within the designated region.

• Exceptional communication and follow-up abilities.

• Highly self-driven, demonstrating initiative and the capacity to accomplish tasks.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work autonomously or within a collaborative team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Experience with video and chat platforms (MS Teams & Slack).
