This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Travel throughout the Brooklyn and Staten Island areas to foster provider relationships and support clinics.
• Engage with healthcare professionals to inform them about Vivo’s services and the benefits for patients.
• Identify new business opportunities while maintaining and cultivating existing relationships.
• Keep track of market developments and collaborate with local clinical, sales, and patient care navigator teams.
• Collaborate with pharmaceutical sales representatives to formulate territory strategies.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to address concerns of providers and patients.
• Evaluate providers’ infusion requirements and promote Vivo’s patient-centered services and procedures.
• Clarify clinic intake processes, benefits verification, clinical excellence, patient services, provider support, and cost-efficient care.
• Utilize Pharma Rep contact sheets to enhance territory relationships.
• Employ Trella Health CRM to document daily calls and keep regional notes up to date.
• Collaborate with Patient Care Navigator, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Uphold Vivo’s guiding principles, mission, and values.
• Report to the Regional Infusion Services Director.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in generating revenue via business-to-business referrals is essential.
• At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare sales is required.
• A valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and dependable transportation are necessary.
• Must demonstrate high motivation with a solid track record of managing a sales territory while meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors are required.
• Exceptional customer service abilities, learning agility, and problem-solving skills are crucial.
• Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is needed.
• Capability to learn or prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred.
• Experience with Trella Healthcare is an advantage.
• Candidates must reside within the specified region.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
