This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Travel within the designated region to foster provider relationships that enhance Vivo Infusion clinics.
• Engage with healthcare professionals to inform them about Vivo's offerings and the benefits for patients.
• Identify new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships.
• Stay updated on market developments and trends.
• Work collaboratively with local clinical, sales, and patient care navigator teams to gather market intelligence.
• Collaborate with local pharmaceutical sales representatives to formulate strategic plans.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to address the concerns of both providers and patients.
• Evaluate providers' infusion requirements and promote Vivo's patient-focused services and processes.
• Articulate the clinic's intake process, benefits verification, clinical excellence, patient services, provider support, and cost-effective care.
• Utilize Pharma Rep contact sheets to cultivate territory relationships.
• Employ Trella Health CRM to document daily interactions and maintain regional notes.
• Pursue sales opportunities concentrating on enhancing patient outcomes and care quality.
• Collaborate with the Patient Care Navigator, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Uphold Vivo's guiding principles, mission, and values in all interactions.
• Manage a territory that includes Brooklyn and Staten Island.
• High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience generating revenue through business-to-business referrals is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in pharma, commercial insurance, or healthcare sales is required.
• A valid state driver's license, automobile insurance, and safe, reliable transportation are required.
• Must be highly motivated, with a proven history of managing a sales territory while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors.
• Outstanding customer service, learning agility, and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
• Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
• Ability to learn or experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
• Experience with Trella Healthcare is an advantage.
• Capability to satisfactorily perform each essential duty of the role.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including occasionally lifting or moving 25 pounds.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
