This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Formulate comprehensive business plans to implement brand strategies and initiatives in the field.

• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial objectives, and marketing goals.

• Establish strong relationships with customers and address their needs to enhance both short- and long-term sales targets.

• Develop pre-call strategies and conduct post-call assessments.

• Collaborate and engage with key stakeholders to foster trustworthy relationships.

• Implement call plans to meet metrics and optimize coverage of essential customers.

• Gain insights into customer needs, territory dynamics, competitors, market segments, accounts, products, and clinical knowledge.

• Provide market intelligence to the district manager and team members.

• Highlight Allergan Aesthetics’ unique value proposition to healthcare providers.

• Identify, cultivate, and maintain knowledge, market insights, and advocates/speakers to enhance brand performance.

• Create and optimize integrated account plans with field team members.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, or a related field.

• At least two years of experience in a Specialty Sales role within the pharmaceutical and/or aesthetic sectors, or experience in physician/account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, B2B, or Marketing is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in sales along with strong presentation capabilities.

• Proficient in identifying customer styles/behaviors and adjusting selling techniques accordingly.

• Solid business acumen and adeptness with business tools.

• Strategic and critical thinking skills.

• Creative problem-solving abilities and the capacity to anticipate and tackle changes or challenges.

• Skill in building collaborative partnerships.

• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Comfortable utilizing technology and various tools/systems for everyday tasks.

• Willingness to work evenings/weekends occasionally, including overnight travel.

• Valid driver's license and passport required.

• Proficiency in English is a mandatory requirement.

• Capable of strategic thinking and formulating high-quality territory plans.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork with in-field colleagues.

• Ability to leverage cross-functional relationships for business results and market insights.
